I received a Masters of Social Work degree from Fordham University and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  I have 14 years of experience working with various populations in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Most recently, I have been providing individual and group therapy to teens, young adults, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life adjustments/transitions.  I also completed additional training and have a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) which specializes me to work with the prenatal and postpartum population, something I am passionate in.
